Part of a whole-house remodel, this second-floor laundry room was created by reconfiguring the home’s layout and adding over 500 square feet of new space. Originally, the laundry was inconveniently located on the main floor, crammed into the mudroom. Now, it enjoys a spacious, dedicated location upstairs.
Taupe cabinetry, large-format checkerboard floor tile, flower-shaped light fixtures, and a whimsical, nature-inspired wallpaper transform the room into a stylish retreat for daily chores. A custom oval window, echoing other architectural details in the home, fills the space with natural light, while pull-out drying racks, generous counter space, and custom built-in storage ensure it works as beautifully as it looks.
